Admitted to practice law in Zimbabwe in 2012 and licensed to practise law in Ontario, Canada, in 2022, our Founder is a corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience advising on complex transactions, regulatory matters and commercial arrangements across multiple jurisdictions. She has built a distinguished legal career spanning private practice and the international technology sector.

She commenced her legal career at one of Zimbabwe’s leading full-service law firms, where she practised for five years, developing expertise in corporate and commercial law, project finance and property transactions. She subsequently co-founded and managed a reputable boutique corporate law firm for six years, advising clients on a broad range of sophisticated commercial and transactional matters. Building on this strong corporate and commercial foundation, she later transitioned to the technology sector, serving as counsel to multinational technology companies.

Admitted to practice law in the State of New York, USA, in 2010 and licensed to practise law in Zimbabwe in 2014, Makhosazana Sibanda is a seasoned legal practitioner experienced in intellectual property law, complemented by a strong commercial law background. Her notable experience includes developing and implementing intellectual property strategy, registration, enforcement and commercialization initiatives across multiple jurisdictions, as well as advising on ICT-related legal matters, including software and technology transactions and regulatory compliance. She has led intellectual property practice functions, providing both litigation oversight and corporate advisory services, and has conducted intellectual property audits and developed protection strategies for major corporate clients, including within the pharmaceutical sector.

Farai Chinyama-Nyengerai is a Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public with experience in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, conveyancing, estate planning and regulatory advisory. She commenced her legal career at Mushoriwa Moyo, where she developed expertise in commercial advisory, complex litigation, transactional matters and regulatory compliance.

Farai advises corporate, institutional and private clients across sectors including mining, energy, infrastructure, financial services and property. Her practice combines strong advocacy capability with commercial insight, advising clients on transactions, contractual arrangements, governance matters, succession planning and regulatory compliance. She has appeared in all courts in Zimbabwe and regularly represents clients in complex commercial, civil, labour and family law disputes, as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Her practice is further complemented by her postgraduate research, which focused on tax-related matters relevant to commercial transactions and asset structuring, undertaken as part of her Master of Laws.
